New Album Packaging

Recently I had scoured Etsy for a seller who could work on a very special product for me. I was sick of wrapping client albums in bubble wrap and a nice mailer. I think after spending a couple hundred on an album the least we can do is give them a great presentation of the album. So bubble wrap is out and these new beauties are in!

I ordered 4 different fabrics in 4 different styles so I can find a style that I liked the best. All are made from Etsy seller GracieDesigns

The black stripes fits a 5×5 but I could also fit my 4×6 and 5×7 album in there. Next time I am going to order with a pink tie :)

Something to match the boudoir side :) This is about a 7×7albumcovers4

5×5 album cover. When I first contacted Kelley (the brain behind GracieDesigns) this is what she made. I’m not good at explaining things so it’s not what I was going for when I meant slipcover. HOWEVER, I bought it and am so glad I did. It’s my favorite of them all and definitely going to be a staple with my 5×5’s.albumcovers1

The following fits an 8×8 20 side finao. I’m excited to pick fabrics that match my clients album design and wedding colors!albumcovers

Be sure to check out Kelley on Etsy! She is fast and so fabulous to work with!

Leather swatches for your flushmount albums!

Ok, I am back! I felt like I was getting sick a couple days of and low and behold, I sure am! I really dislike being sick but then again, who doesn’t? The runny nose, the headaches and being tired all the time is no fun. I’ve got tons of updates to do and need to get going! Here is some pictures of the leather swatches that I just adore! You can pick any of them for your flushmount album and they are just lovely!

New Product: Flush Mount Album

When I decided what album company I wanted to use for my flushmount I had to wait until after the new year. It was January 1st and I ordered my album! I have been the most impatient person with this album because I wanted to get it so bad. It came in and was wrapped perfect. They are green albums so the wrapping is all environmentally friendly. I decided to go with an 8X8 brown leather with 40 sides as my first sample from them. My next one is going to be a 12×12 and I can hardly wait! Monday when I am back from Chicago I’ll upload pictures of your leather options for this album as well as my coffee table albums!

new feature on the website!

I always thought it would be really cool to show a whole intimates session on my website. It took a couple months to get around to it but I wanted my new site to be completely finished before I did. Now, I have a whole featured section! I want to change it every month in 2009 as I basically travel around the US doing sessions! If you want to be a featured session you can always let me know!

it’s here!

I have always wanted to put all my boudoir (now intimates) info all in one easy spot. I have finally finished my brochure of 13 pages of faq’s, pricing, scenes, outfit ideas and more! I’ll also keep adding on with posing ideas, workflow of your session and towns i’ll be visiting!

If you want a copy for yourself just send me an email at leah@leahstaffordphotography.com
and I’ll send you a copy for yourself!

Also, free contest announced later tonight! :)
